What is a family hub?
Family hubs are a one-stop-shop for families to access activities or receive support in their local community.
Who are family hubs for?
You can get support if you are:
- pregnant
- a parent of a child aged 0 to 19
- a parent of a child aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs or a disability
- aged 19 or under
- aged 25 or under with special educational needs or a disability

All family hubs support families with 0 to 2-year-olds to give babies a great start for life.

Activities and courses
We run groups, courses and activities for families, including:
- drop-in play groups
- parenting classes
- HENRY – health, exercise and nutrition
- life skills

Family hubs can help you access other support, such as:
- housing, employment and debt advice
- services for young people through youth hubs
- domestic abuse support
