Antenatal classes and breastfeeding support

We offer free courses and sessions for mums, dads and non-birthing partners.

  • Bump and Beyond antenatal classes: Learn what to expect and how to prepare for the birth of your child. There are classes for first-time parents and refresher sessions if it is over 5 years since the birth of your last child.
  • Breastfeeding: This is a one-off session with practical advice before your baby is born. We also run breastfeeding support drop-ins in some areas.
  • Aquanatal: A gentle exercise class in water during pregnancy (Hastings only).

To find out how to book all these sessions, visit activities and courses.
