If you are worried about your child’s development in speech and language, we offer activities to help.

Support in family hubs

Babbling babies

This activity is for babies aged 0 to 12 months and their parents and carers. It includes singing, mirrors and bubbles, peek-a-boo and sharing stories.

Early words

A fun activity for children aged 1 to 2 years and their parents and carers. Learn new words, play games, sing, share stories and blow bubbles. 

Parent and child signing

Learn how to teach your baby or child key signs to support communication. This class is suitable for age 6 months to 5 years and any child with additional needs.

Small beginnings 

If you are worried about your child’s development in communication, interaction and play skills, this course is for you. It is a 4 or 6 week course for parents of children aged 0 to 5 years.
