Family hubs have lots to offer you, as well as mums and babies.

  • Our Bump and Beyond antenatal classes explain what to expect and how to prepare for your new baby. Classes are held in person or online.
  • You and your child can join in any play activities.
  • We offer a range of parenting courses.

Parenting and mental health support

Your health visiting team can offer support if you:

  • are feeling overwhelmed
  • need help bonding with your baby
  • have questions about your child’s health or development
  • need support for your mental health or wellbeing

Taking care of yourself

Health in Mind offer online talking therapies and courses for low mood, anxiety or stress. You can self-refer if you live in East Sussex.

Parents in Mind for dads and partners have groups and one-to-one support.
