Family hubs have lots to offer you, as well as mums and babies.

  • Our Bump and Beyond antenatal classes explain what to expect and how to prepare for your new baby. Classes are held in person or online.
  • You and your child can join in any play activities.
  • We offer a range of parenting courses.

Taking care of yourself

Feeling overwhelmed is more normal than you think! We're here to help. Free mental health support and advice on child health and development.

This includes:

  • one-to-one counselling
  • home listening visits
  • support bonding with your baby
  • answering any questions about your child’s health or development

Talking therapies and support

Health in Mind offer online talking therapies and courses for low mood, anxiety or stress. You can self-refer if you live in East Sussex.

Parents in Mind for dads and partners have groups and one-to-one support.
