Parenting and mental health support
Your health visiting team can offer support if you:
- are feeling overwhelmed
- need help bonding with your baby
- have questions about your child’s health or development
- need support for your mental health or wellbeing

Taking care of yourself
Health in Mind offer online talking therapies and courses for low mood, anxiety or stress. You can self-refer if you live in East Sussex.
Parents in Mind for dads and partners have groups and one-to-one support.
