Overview
Our sessions are for parents and carers of pre-teens and teenagers aged 10+.
Triple P is the Positive Parenting Programme. The approach gives simple and practical ways to help you:
- build a strong, healthy relationship with your child
- confidently manage their behaviour
- prevent problems developing
All our courses and activities are free to attend.

Separated parents and carers of children aged 0 to 19

This course is for separated parents who are experiencing conflict while co-parenting. Although it is useful if both parents attend, it is not essential.
The course runs in the daytime or evening.
