Who

Parents and carers of teens and pre-teens aged 10+ who are diagnosed or on the autistic pathway.

The Teen life programmes aims to empower parents to understand more about how autism is experienced by autistic teenagers. 

The programme will discuss strategies and share ideas on how to support an autistic teenager through their teenage years.

Online course

This courses is for intact couples who are experiencing challenging times in their relationship and are struggling to communicate.

The course of 6 sessions will help us to understand why we argue, how to communicate in a more helpful way and learn some resilience tools for the future.
