Overview

The East Sussex Parenting Team offer a range of online groups (7 to 10weeks) and webinars (1.5 to 2 hours) delivered by our team.

Our groups and webinars aim to support you to build a strong, healthy relationship with your child and understand their needs

All of our courses are free to attend.

Managing anxiety and raising resilience

Who

Parents of children with ADHD aged 3 to 11 years

Stepping Stones: Triple P Group

Who

Parents and carers of children aged 4 to 10 years with additional needs or a disability. Your child does not need a diagnosis for you to attend.

Thurs 26 September to Thurs 21 November

Learn practical skills to encourage positive behaviour and develop your child’s full potential. The course covers 7 key steps:

  • A safe, interesting environment.
  • A positive learning environment.
  • Adapting to having a child with a disability.
