6 weeks, 1 hour session

Support group

A safe place to meet other mums experiencing post-natal depression and anxiety. Learn skills to help manage those feelings. Crèche spaces available.

Free drop-in sessions for you and your child to play together, along with other families. This is a chance to be creative, active and messy!

Do you want to go back to work or do you have questions about finances? Come along to one of our drop-in sessions - No need to book!

You can talk to DWP Future Options Advisors about:

  • how moving into work affects your finances.
  • put you in touch with valuable initiatives like the national career service.
  • childcare choices.
  • how childcare and Universal Credit work together.
  • volunteering.
  • training options.
