Groups (longer courses)
Courses for parents and carers
Get practical guidance to support your child’s emotions, behaviour and choices. We also run one-off courses for couples. These are for couples who are together, separated, or co-parenting.
All our sessions are free and open to anyone. They happen in person or online, during the day or in the evening.
Our online courses are live events. This means you can ask questions and share your experiences with other parents, if you wish.
